Josh's step-dad just celebrated his 58th birthday! We had such a great weekend with them celebrating!! (all the food we were able to enjoy, & Bass Pro Shop!! ;) )
Scott has really gotten into fishing lately, so of course a fishing cake it was!
Scotts cake is 3 layers... (see bottom) It's Lemon & chocolate cake layers, with raspberry & lemon frosting!
So I guess it would be called a Lemon Chocolate Raspberry cake!
