Another Healthy Dose of Oreo Cupcakes....

I made a couple more dozen of the 'Oreo Surprise Cupcakes' for some friends of ours, whos son is returning home from his mission- Today!! YAY for the Clark's!!! :)
I know these would be perfect for ME returning home from a two year mission... from RUSSIA. Because returing home from Russia, to OREOS....... HEA-VEN. (that & mama's home cookin'!)


So I hope the Clark Fam enjoys these tonight!!!

Oreo Cupcakes!

So one of my friends needed only 9 cupcakes for Secretary's day... what to do with the 15 left over???? hummmm... thats a tough one.... NOT!
Family had no problem polishing these off... they were DE-LISH!!!
So here are OREO SURPRISE cupcakes...

Devils food cake with vanilla frosting with a DOUBLE STUFFED OREO inside.. yes, double stuffed. Y.U.M. Under that oreo is a small layer of cream cheese/sugar mixture. (Y.U.M. again.)

These will definately be made soon again. No worries.

Apple Cookies.

I made these apple cookies for a friend- not sure what she was needin' em for, BUT-I do what I'm told to do! ;) I love working with this glace icing! It dries hard so when I package up the cookies, they don't get all mashed up & sick lookin!
I used my grandmas sugar cookie recipe.... THE. BEST.
I LOVE LOVE this recipe & use it all the time! Thanks Grams! ;)

I made these 'Bunny Hole' cupcakes for our annual family Easter get-together! They turned out way cute... (I thought...) But I LOVE Easter, and really- anything is cute in it's 'Easter-like' state.

These are Devils food cake with white chocolate chips mixed in. Chocolate & vanilla frosted. Amen.

This cake was actually for a cousin of ours- her precious lil Ava turned two- today!
