St. Patty's prep!

I have seen these Green Velvet cupcakes on Bakerella, & have been wanting to try them... prolly for a year now! Perfect for St. Patty's comin' up...
So, the cuppycake with white frosting, is OBB's vanilla 'cooked' frosting. SO de-lish. & such a mild vanilla (or whatever flavor you choose). Perfect. They are also dipped in green sugar crystals.
The cuppycake with the green frosting, is the green velvet as well; but with creme de menthe flavor. The de menthe chips are mixed in the batter, & a lil' extra on top as well. The icing itself has just a mild hit of mint as well. De-lish again.
