An easy as *whoopie* pie Valentines Day!

For Valentines Day around here... CHEAP, & easy. HA! Thats funny...
No really, I did just that- went on the total cheap side & made some totally easy treats!

Red velvet whoopie pies, & chocolate drizzled strawberries for my 3 Valentines.
