(This was also my 1st cake to 'shape'! I definately needed to take on this challenge for future cakes!)

My 2nd Wedding!

I had my 2nd wedding this past weekend, my 1st CuPcAkE wedding! It was was way fun! The most thing I was worried about was the icing melting in our heat, but I ended up decorating them at the reception. It worked out just great!

The cupcakes are both white & chocolate cakes, filled with a raspberry filling, topped with an almond buttercream!

I love this recipe SO much... it's seriously the bestest! ;) SOFT sugar cookies... My Gramz recipe. LOVE it.
